1. Professional Standards & Engagement

Exclusive Representation: All tutoring sessions, communication, and scheduling must be conducted through Next Level Academics.
Non-Solicitation Agreement: To protect our elite team of 99+ ATAR mentors, students and parents agree not to engage our tutors for private services outside of our platform.
Policy Enforcement: Any breach of this agreement by a student, parent, or tutor may result in a contract-breach fee of up to $5,000 AUD.
Payment Authority: All fees must be paid directly to Next Level Academics via our secure online billing system.

Termly Commitment: Lessons are structured on a termly basis to ensure academic consistency and the best results for the student.
Trial Period: New students are entitled to two lessons paid separately to ensure the tutor is a perfect fit before committing to the full term.
Notice Period: A minimum of 14 days’ written notice is required to discontinue lessons after the initial trial period.
Refund Policy: As tutor slots are reserved exclusively for your student, term fees are generally non-refundable once the term has commenced.

Rescheduling Protocol: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any rescheduling requests to be processed.
Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be forfeited without a refund.
Exceptional Circumstances: Consideration for emergencies (medical or bereavement) is at the sole discretion of Next Level Academics and may require documentation.

Digital Conduct: As an online-only service, all students and tutors are expected to maintain a professional and respectful learning environment.
Quality Assurance: Next Level Academics reserves the right to record or monitor sessions for the safety and safeguarding of both parties.
Termination: Any form of harassment or inappropriate conduct will result in the immediate termination of the student's enrollment without a refund.

Performance: While our tutors are top-tier achievers, Next Level Academics provides mentorship and tools; we do not guarantee specific ATAR or grade results.
Responsibility: Final academic outcomes remain the responsibility of the student's personal effort and application.

Independent Relationship: Next Level Academics acts as a facilitator for elite educational mentorship; however, the business does not assume responsibility or liability for personal disputes or issues arising between a tutor and a student.
Interpersonal Conduct: While we vet our team for the highest academic standards, Next Level Academics is not liable for the individual actions, omissions, or conduct of students or tutors during or outside of sessions.
Issue Mediation: In the event of a disagreement, Next Level Academics will act as a mediator to find a resolution, but we are not legally liable for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the tutor-student relationship.
