Refund Policy

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" once a term has commenced, as tutor availability and resources are pre-allocated for the entire period.

Initial Trial Period: New students are eligible for a refund on any remaining term balance only if they notify us of their intent to discontinue within 24 hours of completing their second trial lesson.

Service Failure: If a session cannot be delivered due to a tutor’s technical issue or absence, a make-up session will be scheduled or a credit will be applied to the following term.

Student Absence: No refunds are provided for sessions missed by the student; however, a make-up session may be offered at the management's discretion if the 48-hour notice period was met.

Termination for Conduct: No refunds will be issued if a student’s enrolment is terminated due to a breach of our safety or professional conduct policies.

While Next Level Academics aims to be flexible, we cannot offer refunds for sessions missed due to school sanctioned events or sudden timetable changes unless the 48-hour notice period is observed.
