Refund Policy

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" once a term has commenced, as tutor availability and resources are pre-allocated for the entire period.

  • Initial Trial Period: New students are eligible for a refund on any remaining term balance only if they notify us of their intent to discontinue within 24 hours of completing their second trial lesson.

  • Service Failure: If a session cannot be delivered due to a tutor’s technical issue or absence, a make-up session will be scheduled or a credit will be applied to the following term.

  • Student Absence: No refunds are provided for sessions missed by the student; however, a make-up session may be offered at the management's discretion if the 48-hour notice period was met.

  • Termination for Conduct: No refunds will be issued if a student’s enrolment is terminated due to a breach of our safety or professional conduct policies.

  • While Next Level Academics aims to be flexible, we cannot offer refunds for sessions missed due to school sanctioned events or sudden timetable changes unless the 48-hour notice period is observed.
